Our vision is to prepare children spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally and physically to be productive students in school which will lead them to being productive citizens.
At Phases we believe that all children are able to learn at their own pace utilizing their own learning style.

With over two decades of dedicated service in the field of education, I bring a wealth of experience spanning a diverse range of roles and age groups. My journey in education has been a dynamic one, marked by a commitment to fostering growth, nurturing potential, and empowering individuals across their learning journeys.
My professional voyage began as a Special Education Teacher, where I honed my ability to tailor educational approaches to meet the unique needs of learners. Through this role, I developed a deep understanding of individualized instruction, allowing me to effectively engage students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
My role as a GED Coordinator expanded my impact by helping adult learners achieve their educational milestones and open doors to new opportunities. Guiding individuals through the process of obtaining their General Education Development (GED) certificates, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education in reshaping lives.
Venturing into leadership within the realm of public schools, I embraced the challenges and rewards of Public-School Leadership. In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape, implementing innovative strategies, and fostering an environment conducive to both student and teacher growth.
Recognizing the need for broader educational influence, I transitioned into the role of an Educational Consultant and Trainer. Collaborating with educational institutions and professionals, I shared my expertise through workshops, seminars, and tailored consulting services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective pedagogical practices.
My commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, as I have also served as a Family and Group Child Care Provider, advocating for high-quality early childhood experiences. As a Child Care Provider Advocate, I worked tirelessly to ensure that young minds are nurtured in safe, stimulating environments that lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
Beyond traditional education, my journey has taken me into the realms of maternal and infant support. As a Postpartum Doula, I provided invaluable assistance to new mothers during the delicate postpartum period, offering guidance, comfort, and care. Furthermore, my expertise as a Lactation Consultant and Educator has empowered countless families to embrace the joys and challenges of breastfeeding.
Throughout my rich and varied career, I have remained steadfast in my belief that education is a catalyst for positive change. My experiences, spanning from guiding a 6-week-old infant to collaborating with adult educators, have imbued me with a profound appreciation for the transformative potential of learning at every stage of life. As an advocate for lifelong education, I continue to embrace new opportunities to inspire, educate, and uplift individuals on their unique journeys of discovery.
