Phases Training and Consulting LLC is an independent, minority-woman owned company based in Milwaukee, WI.  Phases is a State and Registry approved Training and Consulting Company. The courses offered were developed and taught by individuals who are experienced in education, special education, adult education and the child care industry.  We believe that we can learn from each other’s experiences and expertise, so after each training, course or consultation, participants are offered the opportunity to complete an evaluation about their experience.  Those evaluations are used to measure the areas of growth of our instructors/trainers and the materials offered.
